This Privacy Policy describes how VeoVoz collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the VeoVoz website, mobile applications, calling services, subscriptions, Member Voice features, and related services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account information Name, email address, phone number, password hash, language preference, verification status, account status, and account identifiers.
Profile information Profile details you choose to provide, such as display information, username, city, contact information, support history, or account preferences.
Purchase and billing information Store transaction identifiers, order identifiers, subscription status, product identifiers, minute balances, product purchases, refund or revocation status, and payment event records. VeoVoz does not receive your complete payment-card information from Apple or Google.
Calling and communication information Telephone numbers involved in calls, call identifiers, call status, timestamps, duration, billable time, minute deductions, chat conversations, message content, Member Voice activity, and contact records you choose to save.
Device and technical information Device platform, device identifiers, app version, notification tokens, IP-related security information, service logs, crash information, error logs, and technical diagnostics.
Support information Support-ticket subjects, messages, replies, account requests, and information you provide when contacting VeoVoz support.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

Create, verify, secure, and manage user accounts
Provide calling, chat, Member Voice, contact, notification, and support features
Process purchases, minute balances, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and entitlements
Provide customer support and respond to account or privacy requests
Maintain platform security, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and enforce policies
Improve app performance, stability, accessibility, and service reliability

3. How we share information

VeoVoz does not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the platform, including telecommunications providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment platforms, app stores, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, notification providers, customer-support tools, and communication services.

These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services, protect the platform, comply with law, or perform functions on behalf of VeoVoz.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, safety, security, and operations of VeoVoz, its users, service providers, or the public.

4. App-store purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms. Apple or Google may provide VeoVoz with transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, purchase status, refund or revocation status, and limited billing information needed to verify purchases and provide account benefits. Their handling of payment information is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide purchased benefits, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain financial and security records, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and legal requirements.

6. Security

VeoVoz uses reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. These safeguards may include access controls, encrypted communications, password hashing, account verification, fraud monitoring, and security logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Notifications

If you allow notifications, VeoVoz may send account, calling, chat, Member Voice, support, purchase, subscription, and verification notifications to your device. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
